 Dear Radio CPR, 
 
I am writing to express my support for this neighborhood radio station. This station is a place where people from many different backgrounds can communicate about issues facing our neighborhoods, our city and our world. It provides a unique opportunity for sharing music, culture and dialogue in our diverse community. 
I work at / volunteer with / am a member of XYZ in the neighborhood of ABC, in Washington, D.C. Our organization has been around for XX years. Our mission is to… Radio CPR’s programming helps further our mission by broadcasting shows that deal with issues of… I (or members of my organization) have been on the radio to discuss… At XYZ, we look forward to working more with Radio CPR. For instance, we would like to speak about XX on the air (or do a regular show on XX theme, or participate in other ways…).  
Radio CPR is a vital resource for our community because of the opportunity it provides groups like ours to discuss important matters in an open public forum – as well as the chance it gives us to connect with people working on other issues. I fully support the station as it continues to grow, and I look forward to the great programming that is yet to come.
